Job Summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for residents and guests.
  • Handle customer service calls and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Receive and process all materials delivered to the onsite office, maintaining a organized and secure environment.
  • Assist with gate controls and maintain the lost and found depository.
  • Provide new and replacement access fobs to residents, ensuring seamless access to their homes.
