Hospice Liaison Specialist

About the Hospice Liaison Role

Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a skilled Hospice Liaison to support our Sales Team. This full-time position covers Corona and surrounding cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process.
• Establish a network of referral sources to support the facility and achieve census and program goals.
• Support the team in developing sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities.
• Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services.
• Coordinate the referral process for patients starting hospice services.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building.
• Spanish or Tagalog speaker preferred.

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospice/Home Health: 1 year (Required)
• Sales or Marketing: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
• Tagalog (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Corona, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
