Job Summary:
This role involves managing and coordinating all IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and overseeing technology initiatives. The successful candidate will possess expertise in IT management, budgeting, and project management.

Additionally, this individual will represent the highest standards of ethics and morals, embodying the values of our company while working collaboratively with our partners.

They will ensure that both parties meet their objectives using the best methods, scientific approaches, and serviceability obligations set forth in the agreement

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and solutions in collaboration with Alinco IT
Guide technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements

Project Management:
Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
Coordinate with Alinco IT to ensure smooth delivery of services, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and progress reports to share with stakeholders
Ensure that all projects meet both companies' serviceability obligations, using the best available methodologies and practices

Budgeting & Resource Management:
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that spending aligns with company goals and priorities
Analyze and forecast IT costs and recommend cost-saving measures where applicable
Monitor and report on project expenditures, keeping stakeholders informed of financial impacts

Cyclical Reporting & Maintenance:
Develop and manage a cyclical reporting structure to track IT performance, system uptime, and maintenance activities
Ensure that regular maintenance schedules are created, tracked, and executed in partnership with Alinco IT
Identify and address recurring IT issues, proposing long-term solutions for operational efficiency

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Foster a culture of patience and critical thinking, ensuring that technology solutions are carefully evaluated for long-term sustainability
Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to provide updates and insights on IT projects and initiatives

Ethics, Morals, and Goal Alignment:
Uphold and promote the highest ethical standards and moral integrity, ensuring fair and transparent interactions between our company and Alinco IT
Ensure that both parties reach their goals in the best possible manner, prioritizing serviceability and mutual obligations
Act as a mediator and facilitator when necessary, ensuring that goals from both parties are met through thoughtful, well-researched, and scientifically sound methods

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:
Identify potential technology challenges and propose and implement effective solutions
Approach problems with a strategic mindset, considering both immediate fixes and long-term impacts on business operations
Be proactive in identifying technology trends that could benefit the organization and align with business objectives

This role is essential in ensuring that technology supports business goals and that the relationship between our organization and Alinco IT is managed with the highest ethical standards and professionalism.

The IT Liaison and Project Manager will facilitate goal alignment, ensure serviceability, and promote mutual success for both parties.
