Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EEG Technologist Registered Night to join our Neurology Department at AdventHealth Orlando. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine EEG and continuous EEG recordings, analyzing study information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine EEG and continuous EEG recordings per ACNS and departmental guidelines.
  • Analyze study information, scan, and correlate data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with patients and families.
  • Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures.
  • Precept and coach other staff and students as required.
  • Participate in departmental and AdventHealth performance improvement programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years EEG/long-term seizure monitoring experience AND graduate of an Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR five years EEG/long-term seizure monitoring experience.
  • Registered in electroencephalography (R. EEG T.) by ABRET.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
