Role Overview:

The Regional Manager of EEG Neurodiagnostics is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of all relevant departments within the region. This role involves providing professional and technical guidance, including training for team members. Responsibilities include analyzing workloads and workflows, assigning staff to optimize operational efficiency, and managing various reporting aspects such as quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure the effective delivery of quality diagnostic services.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified personnel, ensuring they meet competency standards.
  • Facilitate ongoing training for existing staff and ensure compliance with annual competency requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Oversee departmental budgetary goals and maintain inventory management.

Collaboration and Communication:

Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Organize and lead staff meetings, sharing vital information to enhance service delivery.

Customer Care Initiatives:

Participate in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and patient satisfaction, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Resource Management:

Plan and manage departmental resources effectively, ensuring equipment functionality and maintaining necessary logs for repairs and inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of five years of technical experience in EEG.
  • At least three years of leadership or management experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • R.EEG.T certification from the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET).
