POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Services Specialists proactively deliver a comprehensive array of services that guide guests throughout their entire visit. They possess the autonomy to navigate their environment and take necessary actions. Whether addressing operational requirements, fulfilling guest inquiries, completing documentation, or highlighting local attractions, the Guest Services Specialist ensures that interactions feel integral to the overall experience.

Regardless of the role, certain elements are vital for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional. Guest Services Specialists will be active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will engage in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance). Mastering these responsibilities (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is essential for Guest Services Specialists to excel for our guests and our business consistently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
