Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Business Service Officer I (Specialist) is responsible for independently performing a variety of technical and analytical duties within the Facilities Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing technical and analytical duties within the Facilities Unit
  • Working under general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve unit goals
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
