About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Nextiva. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through a 100% outbound motion
  • Call prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule demos or transfers them to the correct sales channel
  • Manage activities to achieve adequate lead volume and pipeline generation
  • Proactively learn how to demo Nextiva's products and services
  • Participate in Nextiva's Certification programs
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of direct/inside sales experience preferred
  • 1+ years sales experience in SaaS, CRM, Platform Sales, Technology, or other related industry experience preferred
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred
  • You are tech-savvy and enjoy learning about innovative products
  • You have a curiosity to learn about businesses and help them succeed
  • You are highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • You have a vibrant and energetic personality with the ability to quickly develop trust, rapport, and strong relationships
  • You are coachable, a quick learner, and can easily adapt
  • You have the drive to perform and excel
  • You are a skilled communicator, both verbal and written, with common sense and the ability to think on your feet
  • You possess drive and determination to hustle harder than others in the room
  • You possess a high degree of grit and ability to overcome obstacles
