Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through their experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met and creating memorable moments for each client.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere in the shop, treating each day as an opportunity to host and engage with our clients.
  • Address any issues with the reservation system, make necessary adjustments to client profiles, optimize appointment scheduling, and review notes to ensure all client needs are addressed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment by conducting regular walkthroughs and ensuring the front desk area is tidy.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (such as retail sales associate, customer service representative, or similar roles).
  • Experience with Point of Sale Systems is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a salon or spa setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and align with our brand image.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods during shifts.
