Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate KPS Activities: Oversee the implementation of KPS standards across the Kasai NA Divisions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with KPS Managers to determine training requirements, implement KPS standards, and evaluate associate involvement in KPS implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of KPS activities, including progress reports and performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with KPS Managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of KPS activities.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance KPS standards.
  • Workshop and Committee Participation: Participate in workshops and committees to promote KPS activities and share best practices.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, 5S practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education or GED.
  • Experience: At least three years of supervisory experience in production, with three to four years of hands-on assembly line and injection process work.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Work Environment

This job operates primarily in a manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Physical Demands

The employee frequently stands or walks for long periods, uses hands to handle or feel, and reaches with hands and arms. The employee occasionally sits, stoops, kneels, or crouches, and may lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
