- Training and Development: Collaborate with KPS Managers to determine training requirements, implement KPS standards, and evaluate associate involvement in KPS implementation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of KPS activities, including progress reports and performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with KPS Managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of KPS activities.
- Process Improvement: Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance KPS standards.
- Workshop and Committee Participation: Participate in workshops and committees to promote KPS activities and share best practices.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, 5S practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: High School Education or GED.
- Experience: At least three years of supervisory experience in production, with three to four years of hands-on assembly line and injection process work.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
This job operates primarily in a manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
