Job Description: As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, including sales, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to drive growth, improve processes, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day: As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
