Receiving Operations Manager

Reports To: Shipping/Receiving Manager
Description:As a key member of our Kasai North America, Inc team, the Receiving Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping department. This individual will work closely with Group Leaders and employees to achieve our goal of delivering finished goods to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:- Assist Group Leaders in their daily activities, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Investigate and resolve intra-departmental problems that may arise during daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of necessary data, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Initiate Corrective Action Requests and follow through to completion, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage inventory levels and address related matters.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operations, maximizing output and efficiency.
- Maintain effective inter-departmental communication, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Create a safe and clean working environment, adhering to prescribed guidelines.
- Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of our Quality and environmental policies.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
- Basic typing skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work any assigned shift.
- Must be able to travel with limited notice.
- Strong leadership skills.
