Operations Assistant

The Sunray Companies is a leading hospitality company that delivers exceptional service to its guests through its best-in-class brands. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Assistant to join our Corporate Support team and contribute to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including daily operations reporting, expense management, and invoice processing.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and records with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation, supply ordering, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
