- Identify and establish connections with external candidates through various channels for the Supply Chain division.

- Proactively devise and implement candidate-generation strategies utilizing all available recruitment resources.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with relevant educational institutions and the community, participating in pertinent events such as career fairs and career days.
Diversity and Candidate Experience:
Build diverse candidate pipelines and create an outstanding candidate experience by:
- Identifying and anticipating candidates' needs.
- Following up on issues to resolution.
- Collaborating with the People Team to enhance the candidate experience and meet organizational expectations.
Manage the candidate process flow through the applicant tracking system, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols and the Talent Acquisition process. Collaborate with hiring managers and People Team business partners to craft and present a comprehensive, attractive, and competitive offer when necessary. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing candidates for multiple roles simultaneously using various recruitment tools.
- Prior experience in sourcing with a focus on both passive and active candidate generation is preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume corporate environment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and responsiveness to multiple requests.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Range:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus bonus.
