Role Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Federal market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing Federal accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the Federal market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales
  • 5+ years of experience expanded into new areas of existing Federal accounts
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before
  • Travel expectations around 25-30%
