About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Expert to join our team at Taylor Morrison. As a key member of our Marketing Automation team, you will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, and deploy email communications within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Develop new ways to engage with our clients and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand needs, identify creative opportunities, test and optimize programs, and develop best practices.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Build a best-in-class email code base to support our product offerings.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an email developer within an enterprise marketing automation platform.
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Triggered Sends, and Journey Builder.
  • Deep understanding of approaches to integrate SMC with other systems in an organization's ecosystem.
  • Understanding of core concepts of email marketing best practices.
