About the Role:

The Annuity Relationship Manager is a key member of our team at Insight Global, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences and satisfaction to our distribution partners. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all correspondence with distribution partners, ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and operational procedures, including business rules and Qualified/IRA rules.
  • Provide technical assistance to producers and organizations on our onboarding portal, illustration system, and e-application.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, providing a personalized experience to all producers of Aspida.
  • Act as a liaison between our organization and distribution partners, ensuring open lines of communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze products, services, and business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions that benefit all parties.
  • Actively promote Aspida products and services, and maintain a working knowledge of our digital platforms.
  • Communicate and interact respectfully and professionally with all partners, coworkers, management, and customers.

Requirements:

  • NC Life License
  • Experience in annuity and qualified plan sales or comparable insurance sales/financial services experience.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and maintain positive energy in the face of adversity.
  • Strong PC skills, including all Microsoft Office Software.
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability.
  • Experience working on multiple projects at once.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
