We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at a leading financial services company specializing in retirement and reinsurance solutions. This innovative organization leverages technology to provide exceptional customer experiences in the annuities and life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall treasury functions, including cash management and accounts payable
  • Assist with banking relationships and credit/liquidity facilities
  • Maintain treasury management system
  • Analyze cash flows and coordinate with investment and FP&A teams
  • Assist with reporting to Board of Directors, rating agencies, and regulators
  • Manage credit facilities, FHLB membership, and statutory custodial deposits
  • Oversee Accounts Payable function
  • Ensure compliance with treasury-related laws and regulations
  • Maintain internal controls for treasury functions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of Treasury experience
  • Management experience
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general ledger software
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
