- Product Knowledge and Support: Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and operational procedures, providing technical assistance to producers and organizations as needed.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Build lasting relationships with distribution partners, providing a personalized experience to all producers and organizations.
- Analysis and Improvement: Analyze products, services, and business processes to ensure partner satisfaction, proposing solutions that benefit all parties.
- Change Agent: Actively promote our digital platforms, both internally and externally, and maintain open lines of communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities.
- Experience: Must have Annuity and Qualified Plan experience or comparable insurance sales/financial services experience.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a team environment, maintain positive energy in the face of adversity, and demonstrate dependability and reliability.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, including all Microsoft Office software, and experience working on multiple projects at once.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
