Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Bethel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office, ensuring a smooth operation of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering and directing phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office budget and staff scheduling.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and creating reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative management role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Proficiency with HHAexchange Electronic visit verification (EVV).
