Schaedler Yesco Distribution, a family-owned and employee-owned electrical distributor, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Corporate Headquarters team.

Job SummaryThe Office Administrator will provide administrative support to various executives, managers, and departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage communication, including phone calls, emails, and faxes, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Provide reception duties, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to appropriate contacts.
- Offer administrative support for various departments, managers, and executives, including drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting spaces, and restaurant reservations, as well as prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Oversee office supplies, including paper goods, cleaning supplies, and food for meetings.
- 3-5 years of prior office administration experience.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP System and Mitel Phone System or comparable phone systems preferred.
