Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
Carolinas Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm. Possibly Saturdays, 7:00am-1:00pm.
Rate of Pay:
$15 - $17 depending on experience.
