Office Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist in administrative tasks and manage daily office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate contact or voicemail.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Handle administrative tasks related to internal meetings and events, including managing internal conference and training room bookings, food and beverage arrangements, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handles administrative tasks related to external meetings and events, including sourcing external meeting spaces, contract negotiations, and arranging food and beverages.
- Other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma or Equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
