Position Overview: Business Development Manager at BBSI

BBSI is committed to delivering exceptional, relationship-focused services to our clients nationwide. We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance our client outreach and engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new client opportunities
  • Establish and nurture referral partnerships to drive lead generation
  • Comprehend BBSI's target client profile and industry best practices
  • Generate new business through strategic meetings and development initiatives
  • Connect potential clients with appropriate business units for optimal solutions
  • Formulate and implement a sales strategy to achieve or surpass objectives
  • Collaborate with branch teams to transition prospects into onboarding
  • Enhance revenue while effectively managing expenses

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales or relationship management
  • Experience in ASO, Payroll services, PEO, or Commercial Insurance Sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance

Compensation Package:

Competitive starting salary range of $90,000-100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
