Position Overview: Business Development Manager at BBSI
BBSI is committed to delivering exceptional, relationship-focused services to our clients nationwide. We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance our client outreach and engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new client opportunities
- Establish and nurture referral partnerships to drive lead generation
- Comprehend BBSI's target client profile and industry best practices
- Generate new business through strategic meetings and development initiatives
- Connect potential clients with appropriate business units for optimal solutions
- Formulate and implement a sales strategy to achieve or surpass objectives
- Collaborate with branch teams to transition prospects into onboarding
- Enhance revenue while effectively managing expenses
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales or relationship management
- Experience in ASO, Payroll services, PEO, or Commercial Insurance Sales is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Compensation Package:
Competitive starting salary range of $90,000-100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
