About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to join our team at PBK Architects Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of current and prospective clients
  • Oversee project team performance and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Recruit and manage a team of professionals to support client relationships and project delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • LEED familiarity and prior experience in K-12 and/or Higher Education and/or Civic projects
  • Registered Architect
