Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Director for Revenue Growth at Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel. This will involve effectively soliciting and securing new accounts, working closely with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue and market share goals, and developing strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and corporate clients. You will also need to be proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products, and have a strong understanding of the hotel's operations and policies.
