Job Summary

$500 Hiring Bonus

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals and driving business growth. This role involves effectively soliciting and securing new accounts, working closely with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share objectives.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Attaining assigned sales and revenue goals
  • Conducting solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertaining clients
  • Growing existing relationships with assigned accounts
  • Monitoring and evaluating market trends
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong presence in the local community

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and corporate clients
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
