As a Sales Director at Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the local market.

The Sales Director will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the hotel's revenue goals. This will involve conducting sales tours, entertaining clients, and growing existing relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Attaining assigned sales and revenue goals
  • Conducting solicitation calls and sales tours
  • Growing existing relationships with key accounts
  • Monitoring and evaluating trends within the local market
  • Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
