In this branch role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of top-notch member services, including but not limited to: processing teller transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding members through the loan application process up to funding. You will also engage in cross-selling products and services while resolving member inquiries. Our consultative approach to understanding and addressing members' financial needs is vital to our success.

Qualifications for a Member Service Representative IV:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking or credit union roles, including teller duties, account management, and credit card issuance.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in cross-selling and referring financial products and services.
  • Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, with hours ranging from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive background checks, credit assessments, and drug screenings. EOE.

Compensation is determined based on qualifications, internal equity, and the specific level of the position:

Member Service Rep. I: $20.00

Member Service Rep. II: $20.50

Member Service Rep. III: $21.00

Member Service Rep. IV: $22.00
