- Engage with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- Ensure regular attendance in accordance with company policies and scheduling needs.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Greet and assist all guests at the Front Desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Operate the telephone switchboard effectively, meeting performance standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Foster good communication and teamwork with colleagues across departments.
- Stay informed about rates, packages, and promotions, as well as in-house events.
- Gather necessary information for room reservations and follow established procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist as needed.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Utilize the Front Desk computer system proficiently.
- Manage the delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to overall hotel cleanliness and safety.
