  • Engage with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Ensure regular attendance in accordance with company policies and scheduling needs.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Greet and assist all guests at the Front Desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard effectively, meeting performance standards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Foster good communication and teamwork with colleagues across departments.
  • Stay informed about rates, packages, and promotions, as well as in-house events.
  • Gather necessary information for room reservations and follow established procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist as needed.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Utilize the Front Desk computer system proficiently.
  • Manage the delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to overall hotel cleanliness and safety.
