Position: Electrical Field Service Specialist - Prepress Solutions

Location: Various locations across the United States

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to carry out the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Prepress equipment, including Computer-to-Plate systems, processors, computers, and related software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient understanding of electronic systems and their components.
  • Demonstrated mechanical skills and a strong aptitude for hands-on work.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and networking principles.
  • Experience with Prepress print production hardware and software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows Server and MAC OS is a plus.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer relations.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple urgent tasks efficiently.
  • Proven capability to handle customer interactions in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical challenges independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required, potentially up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with printing or similar machinery, preferably with Heidelberg or comparable equipment.
  • Background in electrical systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tech-savvy with strong customer service orientation.
  • Enjoyment of hands-on work with a mechanical focus.
