About the Role

The Digital Advertising Manager is a key member of the LEARFIELD team, responsible for leading the digital marketing function and driving the success of our marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Team: Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide Stakeholder Support: Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to stakeholders on digital marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion in the digital marketing space.
  • Develop Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing collateral, including case studies, proposals, and talking points for sales opportunities.
  • Manage Social Media: Oversee social media accounts for various division entities and develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Provide Digital Support: Provide digital support for news staff and other teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in advertising or a closely related field is required.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Digital Advertising: 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and managing employees is required.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms: Experience with programmatic display, paid social, and/or paid search is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office is required.
