Role Overview
This Sous Chef position is a leadership role within our culinary team, requiring a strong background in food service operations, menu planning, and inventory management. The successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing menus, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products, aligning with client expectations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of food waste, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, emphasizing teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Sustain open communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
