Strategic Business Development Associate

The Women's Business Development Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director to support the delivery of programming that provides business development services and resources to nascent and emerging entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating WBDC's Entrepreneurial programming and services
- Support client advising, including assessing and supporting client needs
- Manage and coordinate resources, community partnerships, and subject-matter experts for execution of programming and services
- Work with marketing team to promote and outreach for workshops, events, and training sessions
- Represent the WBDC at trade shows and events through networking, presentations, and public speaking
- Align with the WBDC's overall strategic goals
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Passionate about women's issues and economic empowerment
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
