**Job Description:**

As a key member of our Earthmoving Division, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
• Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on strategic plans
• Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
