Job OverviewThe Fundraising Professional will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to advance SPOONFULS INC's mission and objectives. Key responsibilities include planning events, engaging donors, and leveraging data insights to optimize fundraising results.
Main Responsibilities- Fundraising Strategy: Design and execute targeted fundraising initiatives to achieve SPOONFULS INC's revenue goals, aligning with the organization's overall strategy and values.
- Donor Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporations, identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
- Event Planning: Conceptualize and deliver high-profile events, such as Cocktails & Community and Ultimate Tailgate, which showcase SPOONFULS INC's impact and inspire philanthropy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., marketing, business, nonprofit management).
- Proven track record of securing significant funding from diverse sources, including individual donors, foundations, and corporations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- An annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
