About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to serve as our Assistant Director of Advancement Services. This individual will oversee various advancement and fundraising operations, including individual donor prospect identification and stewardship.

The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Business Development and Strategy, as well as the Marketing and Communications team, to develop and expand Alumni Relations and Annual Giving programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, and stakeholders to promote engagement and giving.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to grow Annual Fund participation rates and total giving.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to create and manage written appeals in support of the Annual Fund.
  4. Maintain accurate records of prospect and donor contact information in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
  5. Create and run reports to analyze prospect and donor data.
