About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our service level agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Answer calls related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities, and connectivity problems
  • Understand and work to meet or exceed established service level agreements
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the organization
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Windows 10, MS Office 365, ServiceNow Ticketing System, iPhone, and Android support
  • General hardware and software issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
