About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities, and connectivity problems
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the organization and influence management, peers, and customers through an inclusive style and recognition of their abilities and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet service level goals and exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office 365, ServiceNow Ticketing System, iPhone, and Android
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
