Executive Support Specialist

- Provide administrative support to assigned groups or managers, including collecting and interpreting data, conducting special projects, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Compose correspondence and other documentation as needed, utilizing personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills
- Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
