About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Macy's Pearlridge Mall in Aiea, Hawaii. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the counter team to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve individual goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of multiple projects and event schedules, with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Prior cosmetics experience required, with a passion for the beauty industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
