Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in commercial lines.
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, showcasing sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in risk assessment, insurance underwriting, and account management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, contracts, and underwriting standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant insurance certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU) are advantageous.
