Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in commercial lines.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, showcasing sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, insurance underwriting, and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, contracts, and underwriting standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant insurance certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU) are advantageous.
