Senior Manager, Business Unit Leader

SitusAMC, a leading provider of real estate services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Unit to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in a supervisory capacity, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business outcomes.
- Manage and mentor staff to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 15+ years' experience in commercial real estate loan servicing and asset management.
- Minimum 15+ years' of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the due diligence process, with the ability to manage and execute multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- A competitive annual base salary range of $1.00 - $1.00.
