We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our IBD Sales and Business Analytics team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain account hierarchies that link healthcare professionals to accounts and accounts to parents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain account relationships
  • Design and implement data analytics solutions to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and actionable reports
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
  • Manage consultants and vendors to support business objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field, such as statistics, informatics, or analytics
  • 6+ years of quantitative analytical experience
  • Experience in the autoimmune/IBD space and pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced knowledge of coding techniques in SAS, SQL, or similar languages
  • Experience with third-party industry commercial data sets
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA with a focus on healthcare or data analytics/informatics
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines
  • Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview
