Role Overview:

Inceed is collaborating with a reputable organization to identify a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineering Leader to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the implementation of manufacturing strategies and oversee technical execution, recommending enhancements for productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Support teams in developing and executing cross-functional strategies to resolve complex challenges at various sites, documenting best practices.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports detailing the activities of the manufacturing engineering teams across the organization.
  • Manage multiple teams simultaneously and provide updates to senior management on project status as needed.
  • Direct site-specific initiatives aimed at achieving top-tier performance through technological advancements, process standardization, and integration.
  • Lead initiatives for process development and improvement across all facilities.
  • Assist in strengthening core manufacturing and engineering capabilities across plants by mentoring site managers and engineering personnel.
  • Develop a skilled team of manufacturing engineers and technicians to support production facilities.
  • Provide oversight and direction for both large and small-scale manufacturing initiatives, including project timelines, capital allocations, and budgeting.
  • Assess the cost-effectiveness and practicality of manufacturing processes, implementing suggestions for cost savings and enhancements.
  • Evaluate technology, resource needs, and production requirements to assess project viability.
  • Lead the specification, selection, procurement, and on-site installation of new machinery.
  • Identify and advocate for future automation goals and objectives as necessary.
  • Contribute to the formulation of departmental budgets.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing (including machining, assembly, integration, etc.) is essential.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling is required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • 5 or more years of experience in the HVAC sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
