About the Job:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to join our team at Startouch One Corp. This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Job Summary:

This job contributes to our company's success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and retail operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the store's budget and financial performance.
  • Supervise and train store partners to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of retail experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
  • Experience analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions.
