Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a talented and motivated Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wells Fargo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact on customers' lives.
As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will also complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. They will also have the ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information and comprehending customer issues, educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options, interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees, identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss, and motivate others to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship, and the posting location is Miami, FL 33139. We require the ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
