Consider Posh Pro is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address their needs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed, fostering a positive and supportive work environment within the team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.
