Position Summary:

The Solutions Architect serves as a senior technical member of our Client Solutions team, concentrating on high-level integration strategies, API and ERP integration development, and cross-functional initiatives within Flowspace. This role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Account Management to spearhead integration efforts for new clients onto the Flowspace platform and assist existing clients in connecting new systems or sales channels. This position demands a keen eye for detail, outstanding planning and communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in clients through expert knowledge of the Flowspace platform and its functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership and Strategy:
    • Direct the technical strategy and direction of integration initiatives.
    • Work alongside Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Sales to support integration strategies and address product gaps.
    • Steer Flowspace's strategy on integration systems.
    • Provide technical insights, analysis, and support for new product initiatives.
  • Mentorship and Team Collaboration:
    • Guide team members across both technical and non-technical tracks within the Solutions team.
    • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and drive ambitious launch targets.
    • Offer technical guidance and support to Solutions, Engineering, and Operations teams.
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and technical improvements.
  • Client Interaction and Communication:
    • Represent Flowspace at the highest level during client interactions.
    • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
    • Build robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity within a solutions, integration, or engineering team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing intricate integration solutions.
  • Extensive experience with APIs, iPaaS, ERP, EDI, and WMS systems.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully drive technical projects to completion.
  • Ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment and mentor others.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively and excel in challenging environments.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management or software development.
  • Background in e-commerce fulfillment.

  • Ability to proficiently use various virtual technology tools to communicate and collaborate in a remote work environment.
