Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Architecture: Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Salesforce Government Cloud Plus.
  • Platform Development: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Integration and Automation: Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Documentation and Support: Develop and maintain technical documentation, provide support to end-users, and foster a culture of self-sufficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-8 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
  • Skills: Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, experience with CRMA tools and methodologies, and hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DocuSign, development experience in UI technologies, and proven integration experience using integration techniques.
